Nigel is very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I sent him a description of the issues along with photos and before he even came over he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, and my options to remedy the problem at the best price. Unfortunately I do need a new door eventually, but being on mat leave, that's not something I can afford right now. Nigel was very helpful and was open and transparent about how he could make my door secure until such time that I could replace it, working hard to keep the cost down for me and my family. It's just a breath of fresh air to have a trade person being so open about options and prices and I would 100% recommend his services. Thank you Nigel for all your help. It's hugely appreciated

Excellent service. My partner locked himself out of his flat and we called Swift Lock Repairs who were there within 30 minutes. Good price and speedy service. Would definitely call them again....hopefully we dont need too
