Superb service from Nigel. Phoned him Thursday morning about a problem with my front door. I provided a picture of the door as requested. Nigel knew straight away what the problem was. Thankfully, he was able to visit later that day and fix the problem. He even rectified another problem I had with some French windows at the same time. It's so rare these days to meet a tradesman who is good at what they do and take pride in their work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nigel and would definitely use his services again should I need to. Hopefully, I wont need to but it's nice to know there is a reliable company available to help. Leaving the house one Monday afternoon and could not lock the door, then felt something in the lock break as I turned the key. Phoned Swift lock repairs who arived at my house within the hour and fitted a new gearbox in 15 minutes. Job done and a fair price charged.

Nigel is very knowledgeable with many years of experience. I sent him a description of the issues along with photos and before he even came over he was able to tell me exactly what the problem was, and my options to remedy the problem at the best price. Unfortunately I do need a new door eventually, but being on mat leave, that's not something I can afford right now. Nigel was very helpful and was open and transparent about how he could make my door secure until such time that I could replace it, working hard to keep the cost down for me and my family. It's just a breath of fresh air to have a trade person being so open about options and prices and I would 100% recommend his services. Thank you Nigel for all your help. It's hugely appreciated
